As a way of expressing frustration

      
      Frustration is really a big deal. It's the root of many sickness that include Depression, Panic Attacks, Stress, and many other unhealthy emotional sickness. It is an another emotion that can trigger long term thoughts that will damage your mind for a long time. Frustration is an emotion that shouldn't be taken easily. It doesn't sound dangerous, but long exposure to it will damage emotional thoughts.
  • How does Frustration form?
       It can start from emotional stress. When bullies pick on you, naturally a sense of fear and disliking forms in your brain. This constant bullying can soon turn into frustration of thoughts about talking, "How can I avoid these people?" These will all lead to mild cases of frustration. Another way of picking up frustration is if you are doing badly at work, and you are under the threat of getting frustrated. These are all mild cases of frustration, but like nuclear substance. Too much exposure can lead to detrimental sickness that aren't worth the cost.
  • Physiological Symptoms of Frustration :
       Amount of tension, stiffness and rigidity shown in the posture determines the degree of frustration. It is accompanied by increased postural tensions in the organism. If past experience is not able to meet the demands of a situation having barriers, the muscle tension might drain themselves into some sort of exploratory or restless activity.
       But if the problem is not solved, frustration may lead to chronic stage of tension. Changes in respiration, galvanic skin resistance, pulse rate, muscular tension and E.E.G. waves follow frustration.
       External frustration may be unavoidable. We can try to do something about it, like finding a different route if we're stuck in traffic, or choosing a different restaurant if our first choice is closed, but sometimes there is just nothing we can do about it. It is just the way life is.
       One can learn that while the situation itself may be upsetting and frustrating, you don't have to be frustrated. Accepting life is one of the secrets of avoiding Frustration.
